200 Calorie Snacks

imagesHere are some great ideas for that mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. Make sure that you eat often, and snacking on healthy foods is a great way to start.

- 25 peanuts       – 17 cashews        - 18 almonds

- 3/4 cup fruit with 1 oz. low fat cottage cheese

- 1 apple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

- 15 celery sticks with 1 cube of cheese

- 1 cup cantaloupe with 5 oz. of deli turkey
